Guided Meditations
Jenni has created a series of guided meditations, the first of which is just released (May 1, 2014)! These can be a wonderful way to relax, and is also very helpful for practicing relaxation prior to a past life regression. Daily meditation has been scientifically proven to resolve numerous physical and emotional ailments, and certainly is a wonderful stress reducer. Take some time out of your busy day to just breathe and relax, to the sound of Jenni's voice guiding you on a magical journey.

Healing Meadow Meditation
This meditation may be used for relaxation, healing, and also to accompany Reiki attunements (please note that only a Reiki Master/Teacher can give an attunement; the meditation is just an accompaniment to this).
Take a magical journey with Jenni as you absorb healing energy throughout your body and visit a vividly green meadow. There is also a special twist as you find a special place to visit all of your own, a place of immense healing and a sense of belonging.
Meditation is approximately 23 minutes total, with a pause of approximately 4 minutes including soft music in the background while you allow your body to heal. This is an automatic download in MP3 format, easily transferrable to your phone, MP3 player, or saved on the hard drive of your computer. Just $8.95!
